Build work that will be read closely.
Work alongside senior professionals on business valuation, complex securities, purchase price allocation, impairment, and financial-reporting engagements.
What you will do
- Develop valuation models and supporting analyses for privately held companies, public companies, and portfolio-company engagements.
- Research industry, market, and company-specific information and translate it into clear workpapers and client-ready support.
- Assist with the valuation of businesses, equity interests, complex securities, and intangible assets.
- Work directly with managers, directors, and partners in a team where questions are expected and review is part of the work.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related quantitative discipline.
- One to three years of relevant experience in valuation, transaction advisory, audit, investment banking, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Strong Excel and financial-modeling skills, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding how businesses operate.
- Clear writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain analysis in a practical way.
What the role offers
Exposure to complex, consequential work and a direct line to people who will teach, review, and challenge your thinking. The goal is not to keep analysts in a narrow production lane. It is to develop professionals who can understand an issue, build support for a conclusion, and contribute meaningfully to the client team.
