Rivers & Moorehead PLLC uses information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, communicate with prospective clients and applicants, operate the website, maintain security, and keep business records.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, role or title, phone number, email address, LinkedIn or resume information submitted through a careers form, message content, browser and device information, IP address, and records of consent or preference choices.
Cookies, analytics, and service providers
The site uses essential cookies and local storage for site operation, security, forms, logged-in WordPress sessions, and cookie-preference choices. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on public forms as an essential security service to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical and browser information needed to perform that check.
The site is hosted through WordPress.com and delivered and protected through Cloudflare. WordPress.com Stats, Cloudflare security services, and Cloudflare Web Analytics may load as part of website hosting, delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and aggregate operational measurement before you make an analytics preference choice. Depending on the service and request, these providers may process limited technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page, and request timing or interaction data. Rivers & Moorehead does not use these services for behavioral advertising.
If you accept non-essential analytics, the site also loads Google Analytics and Clicky to help us understand aggregate site usage, including pages viewed, referral sources, device or browser information, and general interaction patterns. These providers may receive your IP address and set or read cookies or similar identifiers. Rejecting non-essential analytics prevents Google Analytics and Clicky from loading, but it does not disable the WordPress.com and Cloudflare services described above. We do not intentionally use advertising cookies through this site.
Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the website, manage inquiries, process career submissions, host data, maintain security, deliver form notifications, analyze site usage as described above, or keep business records. We do not sell personal information submitted through this site.
Retention
We retain website inquiry and application information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose submitted, for legitimate business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and applicable requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can accept or reject non-essential analytics through the cookie-preference controls and reopen those controls from the website footer. Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act or GDPR-style laws, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how personal information is used. These rights may be subject to verification and legal limits.
To make a privacy request, contact [email protected]. We will review and respond consistent with applicable law.
