What you will work on

Our engagements range from the latest technical challenges facing companies to immersive roles in critical areas of the accounting department, including corporate controller and financial reporting director support.

Topics include SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, technical areas such as stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, leases, consolidations, complex financing transactions, month and year-end close, audit readiness, and financial reporting.

Technology / AI

You will use AI-supported workflows for research, document review, disclosure drafting, and quality-control support, always under professional review.

Technology helps our teams move faster through large document sets and technical references, but experienced professionals remain responsible for the conclusions, judgment, and client-ready work product.

Who you will work with

We serve a national client base through consultants based at our Tempe headquarters in the Phoenix metro and across the western United States. Client work ranges from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, with a portfolio that includes some of the most recognizable brands in the United States.
